Dispatch time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, however as this is an independently run business we would appreciate your understanding that during busy periods it may take slightly longer. 

Where a product is *PRE ORDER ONLY*, any orders including such product the normal 5 working day dispatch time does not apply. Read the item description for more information.

Delivery time

Orders containing a perishable item will automatically be sent and charged as first class regardless of the shipping option selected.

Delays may occur which are outside of our control. You will not be entitled to a partial or full refund as a result of a delay, as outlined in our Shop Policy.
